Freight Elevator

You have been asked to design a freight elevator for a home owner who wants to be able to move items from the house to the basement garage. The home owner is handicapped and would like to make the process easier. Here is a list of items that must be included in your design (design constraints)

1. Freight elevator only needs to visit two floors (ground level 1st floor house and the basement garage)

2. The elevator must have a touch LED button for both the house and the garage to activate it. Furthermore, the touch LEDs must glow green when it is at the house level and red when it is in the garage level.

3. For our model, a colored cube must fit inside the elevator.

4. The display screen (VEX IQ Brain) must display the current location of the elevator. It should read either HOUSE (when it is at the house level), BASEMENT (when it is at the basement level), or IN TRANSIT (when it is moving between the two)
