Oscillating Fan

A customer would like you to create a custom built oscillating fan for her garage. She likes to tinker in her garage and would like to have a fan to keep her cool when it gets hot in there. Here are the constraints of the design she has requested:

1. The fan must use a touch LED to start and stop the fan.

2. She would like the fan to have to have 3 different speeds (off, low, and high). Furthermore, she would like the fan speeds to be represented by 3 different colors. She does not have preference for the colors, but OFF should be represented by RED.

3. The fan must also oscillate (rotate around) at an angle between 0 and 180 degrees.

4. The display on the LED view screen (VEX IQ brain) should show the current speed of the fan.
